    Thank you for the article. I’m kinda depressed and my depression makes me loose weights, i sometimes don’t have the mood to eat alot. Although i get hubgry but my appetite decrease. So i watch movies on Netflix and i watch the comedy genre so to shoo away my depression. Never thought about writing a journal about it though. I will try. Thanks
